Civilian Staff

The Appalachia Police Department has one civilian employee who serves as Police Secretary and Records Clerk, Chelsea Hylton.  Chelsea is responsible for the entry of data into our Records Management System, proper filing of the department's wide and various assortment of records, and handling the department's daily correspondence. She serves as the administrative assistant to the Captain/Chief of Police and 1st
Lieutenant.  The Police Secretary/Records Clerk is the first line of contact with the Department that citizens encounter when coming by or calling our Department.
